EL PASO, TEXAS – September 28, 2026 – El Paso Locomotive FC is proud to announce that its ECNL Boys U18/19 team has been selected to compete in the 2026-27 ECNL Boys Super Cup, an exclusive competition featuring top-performing clubs from across the ECNL. Selection for the Super Cup is based on club performance during the previous 2025/26 season, making this invitation a significant recognition of the team’s accomplishments and performance at the highest levels of ECNL competition.
The ECNL Boys Super Cup will take place December 11-13, 2026, in Raleigh, North Carolina, bringing together 48 teams across the U17 and U18/19 age groups. El Paso Locomotive will represent the Central Region in the U18/19 competition, providing our players with the opportunity to compete against some of the top clubs from across the ECNL in a unique best-on-best environment.
For El Paso Locomotive, this opportunity represents much more than another competition. With the Super Cup taking place in Raleigh during the same period as a major college pathway showcase, our players and staff will have the opportunity to experience an environment surrounded by high-level competition and college soccer exposure. The combination creates a tremendous showcase and experiential opportunity for our players as they continue to pursue their individual pathways beyond youth soccer.

Qualifying for the ECNL Super Cup reflects their hard work and the standard we want to establish. Our responsibility goes beyond winning – we want to inspire the next generation, impact our community, and build a winning DNA that earns the respect and attention of top college and professional programs across the country.”
The ECNL Boys Super Cup provides an elite platform for players to compete against top opposition while creating opportunities for college and professional scouting. For our U18/19 players, this will be a chance to challenge themselves against some of the best the ECNL has to offer, showcase their abilities, and gain valuable experience in an environment that can help prepare them for the next stage of their soccer journey.
