OUR COMMITMENT

Academic
Preparation

Help players understand and meet the academic requirements necessary to pursue collegiate opportunities.

Recruiting
Education

Teach players and families how the college recruiting process works and what it takes to navigate it successfully.

Individualized
Pathways

Develop a personalized college plan based on each player’s academic, athletic, and personal goals.

College
Exposure

Create opportunities for players to connect with college coaches and learn about programs that may be a strong fit.

Player
Advocacy

Help players confidently communicate their strengths, experiences, goals, and aspirations to college coaches.

Family
Education

Provide families with the information and resources needed to make informed decisions throughout the process.

Long-Term
Development

Prepare players not only to reach the collegiate level, but to succeed once they get there.
At El Paso Locomotive FC, college placement is not an end-of-season service—it is a process that begins early and develops alongside the player. We want every player to graduate from our program with more than a soccer résumé. They should leave with the academic preparation, confidence, character, and understanding necessary to take ownership of their next chapter.
