EL PASO, Texas (February 7, 2023) – El Paso Locomotive FC has announced eight (8) promotional giveaways for home matches at Southwest University Park during the 2024 USL Championship regular season, allowing fans to take home free Locomotive memorabilia. The Locomotive season begins Saturday, March 9 at 7 p.m. for the 2024 Home Opener, presented by Southwest University, to welcome fans back to Southwest University Park as Los Locos play host to Hartford Athletic to kick off the club’s sixth season in the league.
El Paso Locomotive FC single match tickets for all 2024 regular season matches are on sale now and are available for purchase online at eplocomotivefc.com/tickets. El Paso’s 34-match USL Championship schedule can be found at eplocomotivefc.com/schedule.
The first giveaway of the year arrives Saturday, March 16 when Locomotive welcome Louisville City FC for the first-ever day game at 1 p.m. Fans will get the chance to snag their own Locomotive Sun Hat, which they can wear to block out the El Paso sun.
Fans can look forward to Locomotive Flags for El Paso Night on Friday, May 17 when Memphis 901 FC comes to town. Locomotive will then give away a special edition Baseball Jersey on Saturday, June 15 when Phoenix Rising FC visits El Paso.
Locomotive Tank Tops will be a great addition to a fans’ summer wardrobe and those can be grabbed on Friday, July 12 when Locomotive face Las Vegas Lights FC for Christmas in July, presented by GECU.
As fall comes around and the weather begins to get a bit cooler, Locomotive’s “Noche De Locos” Scarf will be a great way to stay warm and display the Loco spirit on Saturday, September 7 when Detroit City FC comes to Southwest University Park.
Locomotive will host Pups at the Pitch on Sunday, September 29 when they face North Carolina FC. In addition to bringing your lovable, furry friends, Locomotive will be giving away free T-shirts. Then on October 9, when in-state rivals San Antonio FC make the trip to El Paso, Locomotive will hand out free blankets during a massive celebration for one of the club’s most loved ambassadors, Ozzy, for Ozzy’s Birthday.
To close out the 2024 Giveaway schedule, Locomotive Trucker Hats will be passed out on Saturday, October 19 for Fan Appreciation Night, presented by Estrella Jalisco, when Los Locos close out the home regular season against Sacramento Republic FC.
