
EL PASO, Texas – El Paso Locomotive FC is set to host a double-feature watch party at Southwest University Park on Friday, July 21 to celebrate the kick-off of two landmark U.S. soccer events – the inaugural Leagues Cup and the United States Women’s National Team debut at the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.
Locomotive is inviting all fans to come watch as international soccer superstar Lionel Messi makes his U.S. soccer debut with Inter Miami (MLS) in the Leagues Cup opening match vs Liga MX giant Cruz Azul, as well as celebrate and support the USWNT as they kick off their campaign against Vietnam, looking to win their third consecutive trophy.
The watch party will be held in the City Hall Grill, located within the Big Dog House at Southwest University Park. Doors are scheduled to open at 5:30 p.m., with Leagues Cup kicking off at 6 p.m. and the USWNT kicking off at 7 p.m.
